Complex Care That Lifts
These are just some of the complex care needs we provide, Our understanding of care goes beyond what’s expected. We offer various complex care services from respite care to help support you, Paediatric care teams are well trained to manage various interventions for children with complex needs. Our Live-in care begins when one of our chosen carers, moves into a spare room in your home to provide day and limited night support.

HMV Support
Whilst at home. We support people on LTV (long-term ventilation), NIV (non-invasive ventilation) & TIV (tracheostomy invasive ventilation).

Tracheostomy Care
Is a direct route into the lungs. We support with suctioning the tube, tape changing, caring for the stoma, changing the tube care of equipment and supplies, general & emergency care.

Humidification
For people with invasive ventilation via a tracheostomy tube, the humidifier is used to add the same heat and moisture that the body would normally be able to supply via the nasopharynx.

Vital Signs Monitoring
Individuals living with complex health conditions often require key physiological parameters to be monitored regularly. Our staff are trained in monitoring respiration rate; oxygen saturation; systolic blood pressure; pulse rate level of consciousness and body temperature.

Symptoms Management
Living with complex long-term health conditions requires timely support to ensure optimised health & well-being. This requires regular monitoring of their symptoms to assess deterioration, need for health interventions or administration of regular of PRN medication to meet the identified need.

Enteral Feeding
This is most commonly used to deliver feed into an individual’s stomach. When necessary, it is possible to feed directly into the duodenum or jejunum based on each person’s circumstances. Based on your specialist feeding regime, we can provide support with Bolus or pump feeding.
How We Care
Our Live-in care begins when one of our chosen carers, moves into a spare room in your home to provide day and limited night support. They offer a personalised care plan which can be as much or as little care as you wish, agreed between us at the outset.
In order to provide you with support in the shortest time possible, our temporary support packages are assessed rapidly. This allows us to understand essential information to facilitate effective planning of your support. As soon as it becomes evident that we can meet your needs safely, your care can be put in place within a couple of days.
All our staff are trained to provide a wide range of support and care interventions. This includes managing behaviours that challenge, complex ventilation and tracheostomy care or companionship at home.
There is nothing more reassuring than knowing that if your loved one needed someone to look after them whilst a main carer recovers from a health intervention, going away on holiday or any other unplanned life events, good quality support can be provided for a short period to help you get back on your feet. We can put together suitable support within 2 days from initial contact.
The quality and standard of care we offer is not compromised because your care is temporary. We treat every individual’s care in a highly personalised way to ensure all identified needs are met. We provide your loved ones with access of your electronic file to enable them to have a real break with full knowledge that all is well.
