How We Work
We use electronic care management systems and care visit monitoring to enhance communication, prompt risk and crisis management. The response time for any arising issues is significantly enhanced with our robust use of technology. This promotes openness and everyone involved in the care is aware of key events as they occur cutting out often unnecessary delays when action needs to be taken.

Our Team
We carefully select Personal Assistants to provide high quality provision in a range of circumstances. We aim to gather sufficient information about each individual who needs additional help in order to remain at home, so that we can find a good match with the Personal Assistant. Our recruitment process is robust with stringent checks & references completed beforehand. Our staff are now required to undertake annual declaration of good health, good character and tax compliance. This is done in addition to enhanced DBS checks and references. We work with a highly skilled workforce that deliver our quality services in our local communities with passion and dedication.

Connect 2 Flexicare conducts a variety of internal audits regularly. We have recently introduced the annual declaration for all our staff to ensure that everyone is held to the highest level of integrity whist supporting our clients. Regular spot checks are conducted, Care records reviewed daily, Client’s feedback is acted upon efficiently, and .Staff training & support is continuous
